Telephone assistance relates to the products developed by our services, and is provided by a team of experienced and qualified experts in a wide variety of fields.

This team is available to answer questions from the partners or product users of IntelliBio, whether of a technical nature or concerning the use of products.

Hardware is guaranteed for one year (parts and labour). Thereafter, a renewable maintenance contract might be proposed on an annual basis.
